U.S. Government Money Market Fund
Seeks to achieve as high a level of current income obtainable from investment in short-term securities as is consistent with prudent investment management, the preservation of capital and the maintenance of liquidity. The Fund invests only in U.S. Treasury bills, notes, bonds and other obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government or its agencies or instrumentalities and in repurchase agreements secured by such obligations.
The Citigroup 3-Month T-Bill Index is an unmanaged index of three-month Treasury bills. Unless otherwise noted, index returns reflect the reinvestment of dividends and capital gains, if any, but do not reflect fees, brokerage commissions or other expenses of investing. It is not possible to invest directly in an index.

S&P evaluates a number of factors, including credit quality, market price, exposure, and management.
Moody's Aaa Rating:
Money market funds with this rating are judged to be of an investment quality similar to Aaa-rated fixed-income obligations; that is, they are judged to be of the highest quality.
